PR samples -
I am thoroughly committed to an open and honest policy on my blog and treating my readers with respect. Therefore, as of December 2011, I am implementing a clear method of flagging any products I mention which have been sent to me for review purposes. I have always endeavoured to mention in my posts whether or not the product is a sample, but now, by annotating the product details with an asterisk (*), this will enable me to consistently keep my readers informed.

This symbol (*) after any item will indicate that the product was not paid for with my own money, but was sent to me as a gifted item, PR sample, or received at an event. This is a technique that I have seen many blogs adopt and I personally think it is a concise and reliable method of keeping my readers fully aware when reading my reviews and features. As always, my opinions are my own and completely honest, and these will not be swayed whether I am writing about a PR sample or not.

From time to time, I will also publish sponsored posts. These might be in a form of a product promotion, giveaway or competition, and will always be marked as "Sponsored Post" at the bottom of my content. I only accept sponsored posts that I believe are fitting and in keeping with the tone and content of my blog.
